How your patient can get their PAP/MAP medication

ARx Patient Solutions Pharmacy, the Gilead Mail Order Pharmacy, will mail your patient’s medication to them while they are enrolled in the program. Medication can be shipped to their home, an alternate address of their choice, their HCP office, or a FedEx Hold For Pickup location.

If they are a new PAP/MAP enrollee and need to get started on their medication the same day, they may be able to pick up their first 30-day prescription at a participating retail pharmacy. Enter their ZIP code below to find a participating local pharmacy or call 1-800-226-2056 for help.

Please note that effective May 5, 2025, Gilead is transitioning its Advancing Access free drug program from a retail pharmacy model to a mail order delivery model.
